Revocations and refund policy
Please note that any item or product is ordered, it begins with preparation immediately without delay. Therefore, cancellation must be at an appropriate time and via our website in accordance with the following conditions:
- The customer is subjected to the sellers’ Revocations and refund policies, which are specified on the products screen and the Orders screen upon cancellation request
- Any product or service that was specifically designed according to the customer’s request will not will not cancelable.
- If any refund is allowed, the amount will be paid back through the same payment method.
- In the event of cancellation, the customer is not entitled to receive an amount of (1%) for the service fee.
- In the event of cancellation, the customer is not entitled to refund an amount of (0.150) penny for the payment service fees which was imposed by (Your Payment).
Refund payment may take up to 14 business days.
